We have a collaborating team of our Structural, Landscape & Hydraulic engineers to ensure all design documentation keeps co-ordinated from Design Stage to Development application & finally to construction certificate stage.
Our design expertise focuses on environmentally sustainable practices & energy efficient living. Our vast experience in Sustainable Design enables us to design spaces which are eco-friendly & energy efficient. We have experience in dealing with number of local council regulations & codes and will design for faster approvals.

- We provide you full Quotes for our service for design & Development Application(All fees are stated with no surprises)
- On acceptance of our Fee ,A Design kickstart meeting is organised to discuss your requirements and site feasibility discussed.
- Concept design is delivered for your review and design is evolved as per your satisfaction.
- We now prepare full documentation & engage consultants to prepare full Development documentation for Council or Private certifier(Complying Development)
- An application is lodged on your behalf to council or PCA
- All correspondence is carried out and co-ordinated with council by us for approval.
